Dayton radio station Fly 92.9 was at Square One Salon on Saturday taking tons of photos during our appointments for Masquerage. Thanks to everyone who made appointments! Now Taking Masquerage Appointments!

We are now taking makeup appointments for Masquerage in Dayton! For the 3rd year, we will be taking part in the AIDS Resource Center of Ohio’s Masquerage. Why wear a hot, uncomfortable mask that is hard to see out of? Let Air-O-Dynamic paint a custom mask right on your face! We use only the highest-quality theatrical makeups, that will last all day and, more importantly, all night! Of course, we also have lots of glitter and rhinestones to finish off your look. You can pick one of our 50+ designs (with lots of circus-themed designs for this year!), or come up with an idea of your own.
We are currently taking morning/afternoon appointments on Sat. Oct. 17th at Square One Salon & Day Spa in Downtown Dayton. Our last appointment will be at 4pm, as this year we will be painting dancers for the main event, which starts at 8pm. Prices start at $30, and we will be booking appointments every 10 minutes. Red Ribbon Lounge Ticket Holders: Air-O-Dynamic will also be in the Red Ribbon Lounge all night painting! All face & body art in the Red Ribbon Lounge, is included in your ticket price. However, if you want a mask painted before the event starts, you’ll need to book an appointment. We’ll see you there!

Masquerage is Coming!

Masquerage is quickly approaching! This year, the fun is Oct. 17 at the Roundhouse at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Dayton. As you can see, this year brings a circus sideshow! I don’t have details yet, but I’m sure that we’ll be taking appointments during the day, before the event. We’ll also be in the Red Ribbon Lounge all-night. Harrison Rally Days – Sept. 19

Harrison Rally Day is coming up Sept. 19. The annual festival takes place in historic Downtown Perrysburg on Louisiana Ave. between Indiana Ave. and River Road. Once again, we will be across the street from the Library painting faces all day. We have some great new designs for this year!
In addition to having a booth, once again Air-O-Dynamic was proud to have designed this year’s poster. After winning the design contest for the last two years, the Perrysburg Area Arts Council approached me to design the poster this year. Building on last year’s Andy Worhol-esque design, this year I put the Commodore Perry statue (which is the focal point of Downtown Perrysburg) into Van Gogh’s “Starry Night”.
